All bookings at My Hostels are confirmed upon receipt of the applicable advance payment or security deposit. Cancellation requests must be communicated through our official email or contact channels. Refund eligibility depends on the notice period provided before the scheduled check-in date and the type of booking selected.
Cancellations made within the specified notice period may be eligible for a partial or full refund after deducting applicable charges.
Security deposits, where applicable, will be refunded after checkout, subject to room inspection and deduction for damages, unpaid dues, or violations of house rules. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment within 15 days. Processing timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
My Hostels reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. All decisions regarding cancellations and refunds shall be final. This policy is governed by the laws of India, and disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction.
