By accessing this website, making a booking, or residing at My Hostels, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. All residents must be at least 18 years of age and are required to provide valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation, and rent must be paid in advance as per the agreed billing cycle. A refundable security deposit may be collected, which will be returned after checkout subject to inspection and deduction for damages, if any. Check-in and check-out timings must be strictly adhered to, and early or late requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
Residents are expected to use the property, including rooms and common areas, responsibly and respectfully. Any damage to furniture, fittings, appliances, or property caused during the stay will be chargeable to the resident. Alterations, drilling, painting, or movement of fixed furniture without prior written permission are strictly prohibited. House rules regarding noise, visitors, smoking, alcohol, and prohibited substances must be followed at all times, and quiet hours shall be maintained as specified by the management. The management reserves the right to deny entry to visitors or terminate a stay in case of rule violations, non-payment, illegal activity, or behavior causing disturbance or safety concerns.
For the safety and security of residents, CCTV surveillance may be installed in common areas. While reasonable care is taken, the management shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Amenities such as Wi-Fi, power backup, housekeeping, and laundry services are provided on a best-effort basis, and temporary interruptions due to maintenance, repairs, or unforeseen circumstances shall not be grounds for refunds or rent reduction. Residents are required to comply with all safety instructions, including fire and emergency protocols.
Cancellations, refunds, and early vacating policies shall be governed by the terms communicated at the time of booking. Security deposits, if applicable, will be refunded within 15 days after checkout, subject to inspection. All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of My Hostels, and unauthorized use is prohibited. Personal information collected during booking and stay will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and shared only when required by law.
The management reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
